The Heart of the Brush: Why Building Our Own Motor Changes Everything

Today, I want to talk about our latest electric toothbrush and share something we’re truly proud of here at our factory.

We build our own motor. That’s right—from the initial design to the final production, we keep the development of the core motor completely in-house. It’s a bit like cooking a complex meal entirely from scratch. The process demands more effort, but the reward is total control over the quality and the final result. We’ve just applied this philosophy to our newest model.

At its core is a powerful motor running at a frequency of 110 Hz. In simple terms, Hertz (Hz)​ measures cycles per second, meaning this brush completes 110 cleaning cycles every second. To put that in more relatable terms, that’s an impressive 6,600 cycles per minute. This "high-performance heart" delivers a cleaning experience that truly stands out.

In this industry, it’s common practice for manufacturers to source motors from external suppliers. While that approach works, we’ve chosen a different path. Our in-house motor production allows us to maintain better control over both quality and cost. We obsess over every manufacturing step and material choice. This deep level of vertical integration is what sets us apart and builds our unique competitive edge. Having such a strong, self-developed core component is a rare advantage.
