Turning Childhood Dental Trauma into a Mission for Better Patient Experiences

As a child, nothing terrified me more than the cold, clinical scent of a dental office. Growing up with a sweet tooth meant frequent cavities, culminating in a harrowing memory that stayed with me for years: an extraction where the decayed tooth fractured, and the root had to be removed without adequate anesthesia. That acute physical and emotional dread sparked an obsession with oral health—and solidified a defining trait in my personality: whatever brings pain must be faced head-on.

That drive led me to Canada, where I graduated with High Honours in Business Management from Carleton University. Immersed in North American business culture for a decade, I combined rigorous management frameworks with a passion for manufacturing excellence, eventually stepping directly into the global oral care supply chain.

Today, I am deeply passionate about what we build at DeliteChina. Dental visits shouldn’t be defined by the anxiety of needles, extractions, or aligner soreness. Through thoughtfully curated, turnkey onboarding kits, we help practices transform clinical friction into warmth, comfort, and unboxing delight—empowering patients to take control of their oral health and wear their most confident smiles.
