Factory found for face roller massager
12/29/2025
In a recent discussion I saw, a product that came out with a factory price of just $6.5 but retailed for a whopping $70 caught my attention. This price is ten times more than the original cost.
This made me think that as buyers, we see more than just two numbers. The factory price is the starting point, but every step of the product from the production line to the shelf incurs costs and adds value. This includes logistics, marketing, brand building, and the retailer's own operating costs and profit margins. Therefore, the final retail price is the result of the operation of this entire complex business ecosystem.
Understanding this pricing structure helps us assess cost and value more comprehensively when purchasing, rather than just focusing on the initial factory quote.
